Ed is working towards to a greener tomorrow and alternative energy/heating solutions. His home/office is an Off Grid property with 96% of his power needs from solar power and plans to add solar thermal heat. His home/office has been active since 2016 and his interest towards this technology has greatly increased and over the years he has appraised/visited numerous other off gird/net zero homes.
He is well versed with alternative energy/heating systems that are available and when preparing an appraisal with alternative energy/heating systems, it is more challenging than the typical property. But he is up for the challenge.
